Upgrade Kitchen Height to 2.4m, added ribbish Bin and Softclose  Doors.

We only added one Data point and an Extra TV point and the alarm from the mansion package

For ARK, it's extra, we have quote from them but we are still thinking about it as we have time till we have the KEY...
